If a person has discomforting retracting testicles with enlargement, can it out rule cancer? can retraction be an accompying symptom?

Is one enlarged?: If both are giving you the same problem and neither is enlarging, I would't worry. If one's gotten noticeably bigger recently, get it seen -- sometimes tumors are deep inside and may only be found on ultrasound.
