Consider options: like hypnotherapy or behavioral therapy. You can apply products that taste bed and prevent you from biting. Keep nails clean & dry. Clip nails straight across (rounded in center) to prevent them from becoming ingrown. Don’t push back cuticles. Use emery board for irregular nails. Applying polish can be a deterrent.
