Can biting your nails cause appendicitous. if i spelled that right. i don't know if my dad was just telling me that to scare me when i was younger so i can stop bitting my nails. very bad habbit.?

Cause appi=no: I think you realize he was just riding you about the habit. He may believe this myth, but that is what it is. The downside to nail biting is the injury to the nails & a moderate increase in exposure to environmental germs from your fingers.
