Could be: We do not usually draw any conclusions when the menstrual cycle is just a few days shorter than usual especially during the middle of a major illness. Track your cycles over the next 3-4 months. If you are not satisfied with your cycle control then considering seeing an obgyn to discuss options for cycle regulation
