Chest/abd pain: Could be reflux, elevate head of bed , consider ranitidine one a day or previcid or both or may be gas or just nerve irritation. or could you have herniated a disc when cracking back?. Do you have pain with deep breath? on BCP or smoke? then may be clots and go to urgent care /ER check d-dimer. Due to concern of clot, herniation and limited info f/u with doc urgent care today.
