Dr. Louis Gallia answered

Specializes in Surgery - Oral & Maxillofacial

Complicated issue: Chronic fatigue and no sleep can be caused by sleep apnea. Turbinate enlargement can be a part of this problem. But you need comprehensive assessment of a sleep disorder, not an operations. See a sleep specialist. He/she will assess the problem, possibly recommend sleep studies. And if there is an anatomical problem, see an ENT surgeon who specializes in sleep disorder surgery.
