An exam: Have a doctor examine your legs and XR the affected areas. It may be your knees. Sometimes one area stops growing sooner than another making the legs bowed. All the best.

Growth plates: It is usually felt to be an issue with the growth plates of the proximal tibia. Don't hesitate to be seen if you are having problems.
