Blue Balls:: If I am reading this question right it is time for you to masturbate. There is no medical or scientific reason not to or to masturbate. But, you may get some relief from releasing your sexual tension.

Not a medical issue: "Blue balls" is a lay term for sexual tension used within the teen & adult male population. It is not a medical condition & they are certainly not "blue".It represents an emotional state where you believe you must have sex or you will explode & may communicate that to a partner to push them into cooperating.Testosterone has a constant stimulating effect on male labedo. You either control it or not.
