Pain in ejaculation: I would strongly advise to see a physician. It's entirely possible that you have a urinary tract infection or epididymitis even if you are not sexually active. The other diagnostic possibilities is extensive and includes inflammation (urethritis, prostatitis, orchitis), malignancy, hernia, calculi (stones), stricture, medications or psychogenic. Difficult to make a diagnosis without physical exam
