No: poison ivy is local contact allergy. It cannot spread thru blood. It is from direct contact with poison ivy sap or oil from the plant

No: Poison ivy rash per se does not spread although many people keep on getting the rash due to failure to wash off the resin from contaminated articles leading to repeated contacts. It does not get into the bloodstream.
