No: I'm not quite sure what you are asking, but i think you want to know if anesthesia raises the creatinine? Anesthesia very very rarely will effect kidney function and creatinine.

Not really: If you have chronic kidney disease and an elevated creatinine your anesthesiologist will have to avoid or minimize certain drugs. If you become dehydrated, or your blood pressure is not managed well these items could briefly alter your creatinine. Your anesthesiologist is trained to avoid and treat these problems.

Creatinine: The creatinine level indicates the %function of the kidney. If one is in renal failure and is given medications that rely on the kidneys for excretion, then yes, there will be an effect. Based on your lab values, your dr will adjust the anesthetics accordingly.
