Have an exam: Swollen lymph nodes are often a sign of infection. It is fairly common to have swollen bumps in the labia and external vagina due to blocked glands, ingrown hairs, boils, etc. and they can become infected. When these get infected they can cause a lot of pain. Please get an exam to see if the "bump" is infected and needs draining or antibiotics.
