Not safe...: Both Ibuprofen and Naproxen are Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAID's). If you are taking one NSAID drug, you should not combine it with another NSAID drug. You risk having stomach issues and can potentially damage your kidneys. You should talk with your doctor regarding appropriate use of medications for your condition.

High doses!: There is no particular interaction risk, but both doses ae quite high and suggest that you might need to work w/ your Dr(s) to find safe adequate pain mgmt strategies. You don't mention the pain issue at all - so it's impossible to know what else to suggest. Discuss it ASAP and you'l be able to optimize this situation. Best!
