See remark: I f you have had no sexual contact with an unknown person,this is not venereal.If it is not noticeable when penis is stretched,and not symtomatic,I would not worry. if this is bothersome to you ,see if possible a skin specialist or a urologist. Good luck

PPP: Pearly penile papules, sometimes called tyson's glands. Can come and go, be more prominent at times than others. They are benign , normal and no need for concern.
