Thanks for respond-: -ing. is it pain that keeps you from keeping head up, if so a visit to a fellowship trained spine surgeon may be able to help. this may be due to the spondylosis. if the reason is due to a physical block like a jammed door, ankylosing spondylitis could be a cause, but should have been clear on the imaging. again, spine surgeon is the one to see. NSAIDS good for this if able to take them .
