Random ache behind knee when laying down or walking what could this be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Baker cyst or tendon: behind the knee suggest such things as a Baker cyst, bursitis, tendinitis, even consider a popliteus muscle syndrome to name a few. There are vascular structure, neurologic structures there. You need to see your physician and get an evaluation so one can decide which of these may be involved in these symptoms
