Easily replaced: Most likely you were prescribed 1 gram of azithromycin (Zithromax®), i.e. four 250 mg pills at once. Phone the pharmacy where you picked it up. They may replace it, or may contact your doctor's office for their approval. Or just call the doctor or clinic yourself. One way or the other, get treated in the next day or two. Your sex partner(s) also must be treated. Good luck!
