Time to see someone: that sounds very uncomfortable and difficult to deal with. although I don't know the nature of the thoughts, if they are bad and worsening, it is very important that you make an appointment with a primary doctor and let them know what is going on. they can refer you to a specialist if appropriate. hiding something like this is not a good idea, even if you aren't ready to tell your husband.
