No: One might speculate that having more breast tissue allows a greater potential for some area of breast to transform to malignancy and the smaller the amt of tissue the less the chance. This would apply to males with smaller breasts having a lower incidence of breast Ca However it is exposure to the carcinogenic effects derived from the environment that correlates with Ca development
