Sciatica ?: 23 year old female with unilateral "upper thigh" pain standing, but not sitting, which relatively takes longitudinal mechanical strain off of the sciatic nerve. If this persists see Orthopedist or Physiatrist. There are several potential causes of the pain pattern called "sciatica".
