The back part of my right thigh and right beneath my buttox hurts when i walk. its like a tingling pain sensation. what does that mean?

Thigh discomfort: Are you physically active running? May be piriformis syndrome or sciatica or tendon irritation. Would try aleve (naproxen) or motrin if not allergic, and ice 10 minutes 3 x a day. May have ganglioma a nerve cyst there though it is unusual. Very rarely could be other issues. Would f/u w/ doc or urgent care. Would avoid strenous activity for a few days
