What can cause some discomfort like a little pain in my finger. can it be a calcium deficiency or arthritis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Finger pain: Hi Olga O~ calcium deficiency does not cause pain in the joints or little finger. At age 41 you could be experiencing mild symptoms of early osteo-arthritis, particularly if you knit a lot and use the little finger to guide wool or thread. If no other symptoms just watch. If very painful with no color change, use IBUPROFEN OTC 200mg 3x a day w food.thanks
