DO NOT PICK: Use an antibacterial SHAMPOO HOWEVER the REASONS for the Scabs is important as well!!!!!! Head lice, Psoriasis, Seborrhea are some of the reasons which may be causing the scabs!!!! See a DERMATOLOGIST and FIND OUT!! Hope this helps! Dr Z
