Why does my shoulder pops,hurts and gets stuck? it wakes me up out my sleep and it hurts the rest of the day. im not sure whats the problem

Shoulder problem : It is possible you might have a dislocatable shoulder, you have pain all day, you can try ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen) until you can see an orthopedic soon. Take Care & feel better.
