Can't reach orgasm: I feel you man. I have a lot of questions to ask. Here are a few that a men's health expert would ask: 1. Can you reach orgasm when you are by yourself? 2. Do you get morning erections when you wake up? 3. Have you tried the ed drugs ever? Do you have wet dreams? There are good sex therapists and it may be wise to get out and find one that you can trust.
