Have a mass floating between the bones of the arm and the wrist. the pain in that area is a 2-3 @rest 5-6 in motion from 0-10 10 being the worst.

Ganglion cyst?: this mass should be evaluated in an appointment. You did not say how long it has been there, but clearly it is bothersome and may have to be either biopsied or removed. It will need to be felt by the doctor so a video consult would not be helpful
