Man up!: If this is male pattern baldness, it's likely to proceed in proportion to how much chest hair you're naturally blessed with. The Prince of Wales doesn't seem to mind. Stay strong and buffed and you'll look awesome. If this is telogen effluvium, it will probably remit; if it is alopecia areata, it's not treatable but again, if you're fit, you'll look like Vin Diesel. Get seen by a dermatologist.
