No. And yes. : BUT ... you need to make sure it IS a sebaceous cyst before you relax. Tumor just means " lump" so all sebaceous cysts are sort of tumors. But they are BENIGN not MALIGNANT ( cancer) tumors. Still, weird things can happen so if not acting like a sebaceous cyst have it checked to confirm it is benign.
