Sisters not twins: Breasts are sorority sisters, not twins and rarely are the same size and dimensions normally. Mother Nature just never seems to have learned symmetry in breast production and it's OK for their physiologic use. If you are at the end of your menses recheck the hot and heavy breast 5 days after the period. See a MD if there is a breast discharge or you have a temperature now and swelling remains.
