Possibly: Whenever you have a blister it is best not to pick at it. Blisters do not tend to scar but if you picked at it deep enough it is possible. Watch for signs of infection including redness, swelling, increase in temperature or colored drainage. Should you see any of these signs then it would be best to see your healthcare provider for treatment.
