Not usually.: Apples average about 4 g of dietary fiber each, and eating more fiber would tend to make most people less constipated rather than more. So if you're eating the apples as part of a healthy diet, that should actually be helpful. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids if you're increasing your fiber intake. You may need to look for another culprit, but I would not recommend stopping the apples. Good luck.
