Could be rosacea: If they are not going away and look like pimples this could be rosacea, a chronic skin condition that appears like red spots or bumps. You could also have small hemangiomas or cherry angiomas. These are little red "birthmarks" that are cosmetic in nature. I would recommed seeing a dermatologist to help you.
