Hard to say: A picture is worth a thousand words and that is certainly true in your case. Most skin diseases need to be seen to be diagnosed. Red spots that last for years could anything from rosacea, cherry angiomas or even skin cancers. I suggest you make arrangements to have a doctor physically look at your skin to make the right diagnosis.
