Tuesday and wednesday i took 30 childrens tylenol (acetaminophen) (80mg) since thursday i've takin 80 tablets of extra strength tylenol (acetaminophen) (500mg). well i develop liver damage?

Tylenol (acetaminophen) overdose: 30 tylenol (acetaminophen) tab x8o = 2400 mg a day that is sill ok. But taking 80 tablets of 500mg over 4 days that is 20 tablets a day. May I ask why? Are you in pain or trying to hurt yourself. This high dose can cause live damage, your maximum dose shouldn't exeed 8 tables /day. If you're in pain or going feeling depressed , you need to see your doctor ASAP or ER. Please get help right now. Good luck
