Constipation: Given the significant amount of adhesions associated with Asherman`s syndrome it could absolutely cause constipation. Diarrhea would seem much less likely. Irritation of your pelvic/stomach organs can transfer onto your bowels. The best way to combat constipation is to ensure a diet high in water and fiber. Best of luck :)
