A member asked:

Is it true that if you stop wearing your glasses, your eyesight gets better? (my eyesight is pretty bad)

Poor vision : I don't think this true. Please keep on wearing your glasses. Ask your ophthalmologist. Good luck

Not at all: The quality of your vision/focus is a relationship between your eyeball contour and the parts within. Glasses just move the visual image forward or backward on your retina in a way your brain sees a clearer image. Not wearing your glasses just leaves the image out of focus. You may work to squint some which helps a little for some, but that requires physical effort & doesn't last.
