Itch: Itchy and red may mean there's fungus growing there which can happen in warm, damp places, especially if you're an active guy. You can try Lamisil (terbinafine) over the counter and see if that helps, as well as a powder like Gold Bond to help keep it dry. If that doesn't help you may want to see your doctor and have them take a look and make sure that's what it is and prescribe you a stronger medication.
