Contaminant: It's impossible to collect semen without a few bacteria getting into the specimen and I seriously doubt this has anything whatever to do with your health or fertility.

Possible: May decrease fertility. May spread to bladder/kidneys. Cure would be antibiotics. Consult with urologist for exam/options.
