Treatments for ED: He may consider having his testosterone level checked and if low then supplementing. There are also Trimix injections into the penis which can cause an erection for several hours. Another alternative is to have a Priapus shot (p-shot) performed.

Marriage: Most impotence can be treated, whether caused by organic issues or anxiety reaction to events. We have many men coming back from combat or other traumatic experiences and have performance issues that they are too embarrassed to admit. They feel unmanly sometimes. But if you love him, please go to couple's counseling at least a little then the two of you can talk about whatever might help

Trust: While ED may or may not be treatable, a more important issue is trust. If he did not tell you about impotence, what else is he hiding from you? What were your expectation of marriage? Sex is expected. Did you want to have children? Are you doing yourself or your husband a favor by staying married? If your best friend was in your position, what would you advise her, the same should hold for you.
