See a doc: If you usually have regular periods and they stopped and you are not pregnant, it could be due to overproduction of a hormone called prolactin. Your white nipples sound consistent with galactorrhea, which can mess up your cycles. Your doctor could do a simple blood test to see if this is the cause.
