Probably nothing: This is not a period but what we call breakthrough bleeding. Your period on the pill should come predictably at the end of your pack. This can occur randomly, or if you are inconsistent taking your pills, or may be triggered by other medications like antibiotics. Effectiveness may be reduced so use backup contraception.
