Its fine: Honestly, as an OB I really only look at specific gravity if I'm worried about a patient being dehydrated or not. It varies all day long. It's probably higher first thing in the morning before we start drinking fluids. On the urinalysis, I am more concerned about protein, glucose, blood and nitrites than the specific gravity.
