Several causes: It is not normal. There are several causes. Please see your PCP TO find the cause. It could be hypotension or hypoglycemia among other causes

Be seen: Your symptoms should prompt a thorough history and physical examination, since this isn't normal. It could be as simple as dehydration but as severe as a nervous system lesion. Please be seen promptly by your doctor.
