Sounds clean: The wound was clean after the first bath. Please conserve water. Also, overcleaning a healing wound can damage the new skin cells.

Keeping wounds: clean prevents infections but what you mention does not sound like infection. Continue to have your doc follow you until the burn site is fully healed. Consider the possibility of an anxiety disorder or OCD, especially if you check things multiple times or do rituals to avoid danger. A mental health profession can help you assess the situation. Peace and good health.

You should be fine: Washing once would have beeN ok. Semen should be sterile unless you recently contracted a STD. Don't worry at this time. Get a napkin or cloth to catch semen next time.

You're okay buddy: Your semen won't be a problem. Wound cleanliness is basically just about keeping particulate matter away; it invites infection by allowing the bacteria to form biofilms. Sorry for your mishap, but don't worry about enjoying yourself.
