CPAP mask: Greetings. No one starting CPAP therapy is excited about this because it is a foreign body, presence and technology to acclimate to. I recommend that you work with your supplier. It is their job to provide you with a comfortable mask that may need strap adjustments and padding to avoid pressure spots. After you are happy, commit to sleeping with the CPAP every time you sleep. Even with naps.

Sleep dentist: Dentists who specialize in sleep disorders may be able to make an appliance that you can wear in place of using CPAP. Alternately, sometimes surgical procedures can eliminate the need for CPAP. See sleep dentist first. Oral surgeon for the surgical option.
