Very low risk: The uterus during your period is of low ability during your cycle to receive a fertilized egg. If the condom was used properly, this lowers the chance almost completely. You are most certainly safe with these conditions and congratulations for using a condom which is always a good idea in most circumstances.

Menses, sex. condoms: Yes it is possible. The condom might have broken allowing sperm to enter vagina and some women can ovulate during their period. Chances are slim but if there is a concern for pregnancy, get tested.
