Call your on: high bp can be dangerous for pregnant women. Bp over 140/90 is too high. If this is the case with you call the er about your bp.

Hypertension baby: this is quite risky in pregnancy your doc should manage it with appropriate meds, if you don't get treated your are not only risking yourself but also the baby.

Hypertension: Hypertension in pregnancy is more detrimental than the medications we use to control it. Uncontrolled hypertension increases your risk of preterm birth, stillbirth, abruption and maternal death due to abruption, seizure and stroke. Just like a diabetic in pregnancy, you need disease control to prevent a bad outcome.
