A member asked:

I saw my path report following d&c for aub. it only says squamous, endocervical, endomyometrial tissue weakly proliferative. is this a full report?

No: The pathology report will usually also give a gross description of the tissue and an amount of tissue. This, however, may be the full microscopic report. The good news is that there is nothing here that is even remotely pre-cancerous. Hope this helps.

Probably: Since we have not seen the report can't comment further, but that could well be an appropriate D&C report. generally "a report is a report" meaning there are not special reports hidden away. If concerned, ask your doc specifically, I'm sure he/she can clarify. Good wishes!
