NO, unless fever: A rapid heart rate is not a sign of an STD, unless it is associated with a fever. Please go for STD testing - most county health departments offer free or low cost STD testing. Then be sure to use male or female condoms along with effective contraception. If heart rate is consistently > 100 (tachycardia) or bothersome, seek medical attention. Take care!
