The same: If a solitary lesion felt to be fibroadenoma noted in 2009 and same lesion now located in 2014 it would be rare to have malignant transformation and not notice larger, firmer lesion causing skin retraction. Sono can help define. Many fibroadenomas regress or remain same. It is the effect of hormones on breast parenchyma in younger females which later reverts to an effect on duct system.
